But I do know you shouldn't ahve it going to a constant 12v source. As inright to the battery. You only want it to be on when you turn the key. Like the radio harness or something should work good.
The yellow/black wires that run to the harness on the drivers side that is capped off is a source for all the 12v under the hood. So, I'm told. I'll check the Helms to verify.
