3rd gen teg is 94-01. A lot of companies lump the civic and teg suspension together, and if they only stock the parts for one or the other, you won't know which one's you're going to get. Unless you call them to order, it's easy to confuse, and a pain to resolve.

Stock teg shocks wouldn't be that much of a difference. You MIGHT notice it over old worn stock shocks, but you'd be better of spending your money on some kyb gr2's.
