Id like to see that in writing from honda. The honda by my house refused to do warranty work on my friends 99 civic ex's throwout bearing because he had a header, just a header. Its the same as sucking up water with a cai, honda wont cover the motor damage; it had an aftermarket intake, unless of course you overpaid for the intake and then paid the additional cost of installation by a certified honda tech.
I have heard they will cover comptech, only, if they install it themselves.
