Easiest way for the power seat is to raise it all the way up, then slide it all the way back and remove the two front bolts, or slide it forward and remove the rear bolts , then vise-versa for the remaining bolts. Tilt it back to disconnect the wires and heave the heavy bugger out being careful not to scratch the paint.
