Well, After the first time I washed the car, water was on the inside of the corner light but only on the edges. So I think ok, I spent 500 bucks to frickin watch my corner lights leak. The water doesent get into the houseing but it just surrounds the inside outer wall. So is there something I can do about this? Like re-seal them? If so what should I use?

Please tell me you didn't pay $500 for some JDM corners.
Take em off, drain the water out of em, make sure they're dry inside, then run a bead of silicone around the edge of the housing, that should take care of your problem.
