RevHard Stage 2 Turbo kit (comes with all the goodies)
Block Guard the engine
Apexi N1 or Greddy Evo (pretty sure both are loud)
AEM CAI (cuz everyone has one)
Denso Iridium Spark Plugs (all the little cheap stuff)
Enkei RF1's (16" or 17") with nice tires (these rims are sweet)
Koni Yellows or KYB's and Eibach's or H&R's
Convert the body to JDM (very nice) and add a CF Hood
Alpine head unit, Kenwood Amp, MTX subs in the trunk
Momo Accessories
Brembo Brake upgrade
Maybe bore out your engine some more, port and polish, make sure it has all the little engine mods needed for the turbo...
I dunno, there is SO MUCH you could so with 8 grand (doubt you could do all of the above) but definitely make sure you boost.
