You mainly need a spring compressor that will fit down in the head, as you can swap out all those components without removing the head from the engine, as long as you have a way to keep the valves up in place [compressed air or nylon rope]. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward after you remove the cams and the springs are staring you in the face.
