uhh unless the amps have rubber isolated mountin holes from the chassis of the amp, i wouldnt recommend this method cuz it would bring a ground noise to the system.

or just mount the amps by drilling them directly onto the metal back of the seat and slitting the carpet directly in the middle of the area that the amp would cover and run the wire under the carpet through that hole to either side of the amp.
