4inches would be too much on any car, except a truck h: and negative camber does help a bit on turns, but the lower ride height is more used for the purpose of a lower center of gravity. you can set the rear wheels at a ridiculous negative camber and toss the rear end around easier :exnbp:

when looking at the tires directly from the front or rear of the car:
| | <--- zero camber
/ \ <---negative camber
\ / <--- positive camber
