I'm not too sure about how long it will take to settle, since each car, spring, and driving condition is different :dunno: If I ever get springs, I'm going to measure the ride height every few days until it reaches the advertised drop...

Also, my next question, If your lowered and it has settled and your using Stock wheels and rubber then you decide to change rims to aftermarket wheels and rubber, would you need another alignment? or no?
No. I changed to 18" rims and did not need an alignment. The same should apply if you have a drop.

Oh, I heard that you can lower you car even more by using perches??? What are they? how much can you lower your car with that?
Well, the Koni Sport Shocks (AKA Koni Yellows) have a perch that the spring sits on. The position of the perch can be adjusted by changing the groove that it sits on, which will adjust the ride height by a small amount. Koni does not recommend that you adjust the perches when using aftermarket lowering springs, but people still do it anyways :dunno: Here's a good DIY on installing springs, and it shows the perches on the Konis:

BTW, the Neuspeed Edition Edition Koni Shock has more perches than the regular Koni, but the above install should be exactly the same as the regular Konis.
