drag wings are typiclly made to lower the Coeffcient of Drag (CD). If you want to make this wing as effcient as possible, a wind tunnel would be ideal. Also, an advanced computer, whatever program they'd run, etc. Things of the sort.
I think it could be a home project, but then again, they sell F1-style wings for $150
My uncle works at intel here in ABQ. Talk to some of the engineers at his site and they said the wing's in production on all the "ricer" car around here are designed for speed of 180+ to work. Looking to reduce the air tumble off the trunk.
