The main fuel relay is under the driver side dash. I just ordered one from AHmotor.com the other day. $45 or so. I've found that if I leave the car off for a few minutes, key out of the ignition, and then put the key in and turn it to the last notch without starting it, wait for the check engine light to come on and if it stays on then take the key out again. If it goes on and then blinks then it will turn off in a second and you can start the car. I don't know if this is just with my car or if it will happen to all of 'em. I've had to wait anywhere from 2 seconds to almost 10 minutes. Hope this helps.
