In my opinion....unless youre competitively racing the car, screw coilovers.

I am totally not a fan of GC's, Skunks, etc...its not worth the extra money to have "adjustable" ride height. I would never ever, adjust them, personally. If you take the time, do your research and choose the right set of springs for you, you shouldnt ever have to adjust your height. The only advantage to GCs is custom rates, but again, do your research and in most cases youll find a spring set thats right for you.

Full coilovers are ideal, IMO, but expensive. If youre not racing the car, and just want competent handling and a nice look, springs/shocks will be fine. No need to spend an extra $500+ on adjustability that in most cases isnt necessary.
