learn to lift properly or suffer a life of back pain.
i have trouble lifting my son anymore. he'll be 3 soon, he weighs just under 35lbs, and i've got 2 herniated discs in my mid-back. and being that i'm only 25 and i've only been dealing with this injury for 2 years (that's when it happened, has gotten much worse of time)...i'm in for a LIFE of hell back problems.
i always lift properly (ok, well, 95% of the time)...and i didn't screw my back up lifting stuff either....a slip/fall accident screwed me up for life.
