The install is fairly easy. Its harder getting the stock one out than it is putting in the new one. Disconnect the linkages and remove the base plate take out the shifter and transfer the guts into the new shifter and put it all back together. Ive never done it before and it took me about a hour start to finish. :thumbup:

I got it from him on Ebay for about $134 but you can get it cheaper if you join his groupbuy thats going on now.
