Default DA auto to manual swap

I just got an email from a guy asking if I'd like to help him swap a first gen B16A into a '91 LS. His LS is an automatic. I've done a few swaps in '92+ Civic's with '94+ Integra motors, but I'm not familiar with what's involved in the older generations. I was wondering if anybody has tried this before and had any advice. Specifically, are any of the mounts different (92+ Civic's need a new upper tranny mount), any major wiring issues (basically, is there a seperate ECU for the auto that will need to be disabled). A parts list would be nice. I'm assuing I'll need:

Tranny
New pedal assembly
Clutch cable and all associated brackets
Linkage
Clutch/pressure plate and flywheel
Interior console
Gauge cluster (opt)

He's wants a first gen B16A so I'll have a manual computer and maybe shfit linkage, if it's compatible. Anybody has any input, I'd apprecaite it, thanks. Seeya.
