no... where the lower and upper seats meet, just off to the right from center, there's a 10mm bolt that you remove. When you've gotten that out, the back of the lower rear seat pulls up and forward. Be careful though, where you removed that bolt is a metal tab that juts out. Don't get it caught on the upper rear seat cause you could rip it.
Once you have the lower rear seat this far, it's easy to figure out.
