yes, very true. HOWEVER, FL is a state where no matter what the circumstances, if you hit someone in the rear, its your fault. Period. I woulda let him hit me, then fix the car with his insurance, and finally get it repainted cause it NEEDS it (also with his insurance) :naughty:
