For that money you probably won't be able to get damping adjustable shocks or height adjusting coilover sleeves which are any good. Remember, you get what you pay for.

For cheap, you're probably looking at Tokico blues with Neuspeed springs or something in that neighborhood. Maybe KYB makes non adjustable shocks. If they did, then those would probably be cheaper.
