For $200 stick with a good spring/shock setup. I would try searching the forum for some good spring/shock combos, and then if you still have questions we could probably point you in the right direction.

The Ground Control limited editions are $299 (coilover sleeves), so you'll still need to shell out cash for aftermarket shocks. You *can* run on the stock shocks provided you don't drop the car more than 1.5". I would stay away from $50 ebay brand "coilovers" if at all possible.
