when i worked for the civil engineering place....we did a bmw dealship in the CCC area, i think walnut creek. a guy there said this dude: mid 30s, came in a wife beater, smelled like drank, didnt shave for a bit, just looked very broke. everyone ignored him. the owner, or some guy at the top, seen that and got pissed. he came out his office and helped him himself. guy paid for the car in cash and drove off. then the owner said something really smart and witty. but i forgot h:
