Ok, first of all, thanks for everyone's quick replies. I was stressin big time not having a car to drive, cuz my commute to/from work is 15 miles each way, I'm in summer school, and yea, yall get the picture.

To answer the last post in my last thread, the pulley stayed on, the woodruff key stayed in place, everything was fine; the bolt just somehow managed to work itself loose and backed out.

Anyway, I ended up tightening it as far as I could with my breaker bar in the parking lot, and then limping it to the Big-O tire shop that was about 3 miles away. They put the bolt on with an impact gun.

Now, my question is this. Should I still torque it down to the factory spec? Or was the impact gun enough of a jolt to hold it? I drove the car to and from work today, no problems, but of course I need to make sure it doesn't happen again. I did not put any loctite on the bolt, at the advice of the Honda service techs where I got the new bolt. In fact, the book says to oil the threads, not loctite them.

So anyway, let me know what yall think. If I can leave it alone, cool, and if I need to torque it down, I can do that. Thanks!!
