ok to make a long story short, went to a party, drinkin was involved, i am underage, pepople got in fight, someones car got keyed, wants to press charges, person who keyed it threatens to tell cops about underage drinking if charges are pressed.

my question is can you get in trouble for underage drinking if u don't actually get causght doing it, like if someone tells on you??
