The CL-S is J32A2...you have a J30A4. J35 is 3.5 liters.

You can move the head on the J30A4 and I suppose the throttle body, but why? For all the money you'd spend, you wouldn't get much gain. It'd be much more economical to get a Comptech header when it comes out for your 20 missing horsepower.
