Granted your brand new car changes things a bit, but I had a friend that did this on a Del Sol.

Flywheel bolts (5 bucks each for 8 what a rip)
ECU
Center console
Shift linkage
Misc bolts


I asked him if it was worth it when he was done and he said no. Now you have to remember that it's pretty hard to get a 6 speed v6 and it's pretty easy to get a manual del sol so this isn't quite a fair comparison, but just take this into account. BTW 28,000 out the door with rubber floormats, a trunk liner, and then a 350 installed spoiler (purchased on the DL by the salesguy with his discount).
