Last month made 3 years that I've worked for the same company.. I just went in and asked for a raise and they gave me a $1.00/hr more plus they told me to come back in 6 months and I they will give me an additional .50 cents. They said that they were very happy with me and want to make me happy so that I would stick around.

For anyone that knows me this is crazy. I do crap for work all day as a graphic designer. I am on HAN and AIM more than I work and everyone in my office sees this, but then again, I catch them surfing the net quite a bit during the day too.

I can't complain because I'm excited.
