I could be wrong, but he said
"HID" Headlights. I'm guessing by the use of the quotation marks that the "HID" setup is Cool Blue's or something or that nature. Plus the fact that he hasn't spent a ton of money on the car yet, I doubt he spent the cash for a true HID conversion.
Forgive me if I am wrong. I am not trying to flame him in any way. The car is looking pretty sharp so far.
