As many of you already know, I signed an order of dismissal with the RIAA (as did they) where they agreed to drop all of their claims against me and I agreed to pay them $12,000. While I am not pleased with this outcome, I entered into the agreement voluntarily. Why? A $12,000 settlement is much cheaper than defending a multi-billion dollar lawsuit.

Despite the fact that both the RIAA and I signed a settlement, my battle with the RIAA is ongoing. They are relentless, and they continue to add stress to my life. I am only a college student. When will they leave me alone? Stay tuned for more information"
