you dont really need to remove the VSS (vehicle speed sensor
it has a connection to the power steering rack with two tiny hoses).
it can stay in the tranny, its on the back of the tranny behind where the gear selector linkage goes. just unclip the two hoses and use a bucket to catch the fluid as it drains

how far along are you, if you havent dropped the tranny yet, you have a ways to go and its gonna be blood sweat and tears unless you have a few hydro floor jacks and a hoist

i have plenty of pictures of my h22a/h23a1 clutch change with the engine in the car, f22a1 (your engine is similiar by 90%)
