yeah the side mouldings were painted too.
as far as the tailights go, the altezzas & the tycs were both gifts, so I feel bab at least not TRYING them out, but I'll brobably go w/ red/clears or spray-tint my old factorys eventually.
I do like the painted center section, just don't like the corners 
oh, ok. I wouldn't know what to do if anyone I knew bought me altezzas
