It all depends on whether its a coupe or hatch, what options it has (cause they all add weight to a car). Jkan with the sae kit, stock internals, untuned at 10psi I believe, ran a 14.1/14.0 on street tires. With slicks he ran a 8.5xx 1/8 mile meaning he'd probably pull mid to low 13's in the 1/4 on slicks.

If you have a 95 hatch base no options and the d16y8 you'd be looking at running high 13's street trim, and 13.0 on slicks.

[EDIT] do you have the d16y8? Cause thats what Jkan has in his stock EX coupe. Otherwise these times are not really comparable.[EDIT]

 

i never ran it at the track under proper conditions, i hit 92 mph tapping the rev limiter twice, i going on a pretty good guess that with the kit i have right now bolted on would get you from a mid 14 or lower. if you up the boost from 5 to 8, i would say low 14s to high 13s easy.

 

yeah crucials turbo kit... hard to get nowadays.. and good turbo kit...
then u can get a intercooler for about 250 bucks more
