the exhaust is in excellent condition. i banged the pipes and out came alot of rust/soot. i made mye own ghetto gaskets , lol. what i did was take my old mouse bad and put it up to the flange and trace it and cut a hole for the exhaust and holes for the bolts. I think i can use the stock bolts, bolts are bolts.I will show some pics when i can thanks

you do realize your exaust gets hot as fawk, and your mouse pad will just.... melt and probably catch on fire and burn your car to smithereens and you will be forced to walk everywhere...

you know that, right?

haha yea i know that , but it wouldnt catch on fire also i used flame retardent spray on them... anyways no way could i have done this exhaust my self. I took it too the shop after i tryed and they said that they had to use a flameflower to get my stock one off, i even watched them. It was rusted right through as well. but i put on the g medalion and took it against a new mustang v6. I use to be able to keep up with them, then i actually noticed more power mid-top end and beat it bye about 5 cars or so. A very nice improvement.Next modz are DC header and a zex kit with heavy duty clutch and flywheel bye end of christmas, shooting for high 14's.

dear God, I still hope you're joking about the mousepad... What do you have done to the car to beat a new V6 mustang... if just this ,and basic crap.

oh and i hope you know that exhaust gaskets arent the same as other gaskets. they use a high temp flush mount conical type gasket not a flat type gasket.

He picked up some of that... and to see the road better, he bought halogen fluid for his headlights...

Was the V6 mustang racing, or just driving down the road? What all have you done to your car performance wise other than the exhaust?

You better be posting pics of your new exhaust.

i have driven my aunt's 2000 v6 vert and its slow as hell. It was prolly a vert or maybe someone who cant drive. Yes it was a run on the highway, some cocky kid came next to me and was toying around with me.So i shifted into 3rd about which time he floored it(guessing it was a auto) and i pulled pretty bad till about 100 and i let off. Only thing to my car is the exhaust and a aem intake, v6 mustangs arent fast and neither is my car. But it is always kinda neat when ya beat a muscle car... even if its the little one.
