Default Turbo modifications for civic

After having 2 turbo manifolds burst open in my car, I decided to make some modifications to my new one. I learned that they were bursting due to high pressure, which is one of the leading causes of problems associated with honda engines and turbos. So I drilled 4 3/16 inch holes in the side of my turbo manifold.....thus releasing any kind of suction/pressure inside of it. Then I took a hacksaw and sawed my headers in half......making easier airflow (WHO NEEDS A 600 DOLLAR EXHAUST ANYWYAS) Make sure you have some back up parts just incase you mess something up....You can find em on EBAY for cheap,,,,,,,OR YOUR ENEMIES TURBO CIVIC FOR FREE!
Total Mods gave me 12 horsepower and 45 foot pounds!!!

WELL ALL 4 VALVES......IF YOU WANNA BE A JACKIE ABOUT IT. Another real good modification is to drill small holes in to the base of your BOV...and take a sawzall and cut off about an inch and a half from the top..

Oh yeah, you can do this same stuff with your regular intake manifold/air intake/headers..etc... No need for a turbo just gives more horsies if you do the mods with one.
