true but the wires I have on the engine now are not the origional wires and are kind of worn out I have to find something good to replace them with. Its kind of hard to get origional parts for a B16B around here although I'm assuming that wires from an SIR would be either the same or would suffice. As you can tell I have to do some more research

the difference isn't gonna be a big deal.

order in plugs for a b16 motor. b16 plugs and b18 plugs do differ.

get plugs and wire for the si, distributor cap i'm thinking is going to be for an obd1 b16a motor. so get 'em for the del sol vtec

obd1 b18c1 cap may work also.

as for the MSD, i dont' think you'll need it anytime soon. stock ignition is pretty damn good. if you were boosting it then maybe upgraded ignition.

just get new cap, rotor, plugs & wires to do a good tune up.

I would get either the oem NGK wires, or the blue NGK wires. The blue ones were on groupbuycenter.com last time I checked.

Taylor Spiro wires are great if you want to buy some. The stock wires are fine, though.
