Would or should I upgrade the fuel pump and/or fuel lines before or during this swap? I saw a eBay auction here and I was wondering if I should go ahead and pick it up.

I would upgrad the fuel line that runs from the fuel filter to the fuel rail with the GSR line. You can get one from www.sohfast.com

A Walbro pump wouldn't hurt either or even an OEM GSR pump.

That auction looks like a pretty good deal.
