Which Brake Pads and rotor should I buy ?
Aem are awesome pads. The dust they produce is a lighter color so they don't show up too much on wheels. I got mine from adventon.com. I am still using stock rotors, but I have heard lots of good things about brembo blank rotors.
my best bet would be to go through www.tirerack.com
I used them to get my brembo crossdrilled and ceremic pads. they're reletively cheap and they deliver really quick.
The ceremic pads are awesome, they produced little to no brake dust and they do very little wear on the rotors themselves, and the stops just as well as composite if not better. thats what I'd suggest, but hey, just my two bits

A lot of people argue about this. Some people say that crossdrilled/slotted rotors can crack more easily and some wont. But slotted/drilled run cooler than standard flat rotors because they let the air in.
As far as pads, with ceramic you will have very little if any dust but they wont last as long and ceramic carries no warranty. Its fine to get semi-metallic just get a good brand.
Everyone will have a different opinion on this so do what you want to do.

Whatever you want to do should sound good to you. I am about to buy some EBC Green pads and four Arospeed cross/drilled rotors. I've never seen how good the Arospeed rotors work but I guess my car will be the test donkey. I just have to get this damn rear dsic swap first!!
