check to make sure your hangers are still intact on the muffler and also make sure the rubber mounts are still good.

the hangers are intact, but how do i check if the rubber mount are still good?

just look at it. If it's broken replace it; if it's not connected, connect it.

Other than that, it may be inside the muffler itself.
