just so people don't do what i do
On my sol, I actually cut out the lip with a die grinder. Made it nice and smooth, then panted it, and threw underbody coating on it. Took care of all my rubbing issues. Hell, I could probably push the wheels out 1/4 inch and still be ok.

the 6th gen's most popular camber kit for the rear lengthens the upper arm which pushes out the wheel to make it closer to spec. thus the rubbing... i'll be installing my spc lower arms to compensate for the camber and fix the problem.
