17" or 18" Wheels or VTI Hatch (160Bhp)
Deciding whether to get 17" or 18" wheels for my VTI Civic.
Will I lose too much power if I go with 18" or will it be much the same.
What are the disadvantages of getting 18".
Thank you.
This is the car with 18". Got them taken off when I bought it.

mm hmm. Racing Hart is expensive. Along with Gram Lights :naughty: and TE-37's
IMO: i would get 17's if i was more into show, and 16's if i was more of a JDM whore. so it's basically your choice. do what makes you happy. don't get me wrong, you're always open to our opinions, but in the end, do what makes YOU happy.

don't get 18's for a few reasons.... if you care anything about weight first of all, 18's will work fine on a skyline or silvia, but they are just to big for a civic. Second My brother has a 92 civic hatch with 17's and you can definitely notice a difference from his stock winter tires (not too bad though), besides that thing is dropped alot it looks real nice and he actually gets some wheel rub when he cuts the wheel. I couldnt even begin to imagine how dumb it would look and how much wheel turn he would sacrifice with 18's,if anything base your decision between 16's or 17's.
One of our show cars has 18's on his Civic. Looks good. If your main concern is performance, then settle for the 17's, if not smaller.
