It looks to me like an APEX N1 exhaust or style exhaust. The angle is too extreme and I don't like it either. Then again no one is 1 foot tall so I doubt anyone will see underneath the car like that, so who gives a shit.
I bet the car looks great in person when standing up at a normal 6 feet.
The paintjob is nice, and different.
