short shifter.... humm... many brands to choose from... depends on your budgets.. like neuspeed, dc, b&m, apc, tenzo, etc... almost any one of them will do... just remember to get energy suspensions' bushing for them... just to make the shift more accurate and less rattle. or u can get a used GSR shifter. that's what i am trying to find.

as for other mods... well... lots... it all depends what you want... go for show or for go???

I've got a DC sports short shifter on my 98 civic and love it. Got it from Option Auto Salon for 95 shipped. You can probably find a generic shifter from ebay for like $30.

i got an integra solo, and i like it. The integra version puts the shift knob closer to your hand than the honda one will...but IMO, it's a piece of steel with the ball joint in a different place to change the ratio. As tokyoracer stated before, get the bushings....very important!!!
