What determines ride height?
Is it the spring or shock or both? If both, which contributes more?
The reason I ask is because I used to have lowering springs (Eibach Pro-Kit with 1" drop) and stock shocks on my Civic HB. It was nice & low but not too low. A couple of days ago I replaced stock shocks with performance shocks (Koni non-adjustable) The ride actually raised more than 1" and I am getting this huge ugly fender gap. Will the ride go back down after shock & spring settled in or it will reamin this way? Anyone with experience like this?
