hey guys i just got some dc sports headers in and i tired to install them and i ran into a problem. the header came out easy but the o2 sensor wont unbolt. anyone know how i can get it out and when i try it feels like it is slipping. o yea one more question if i cant get o2 censor out my stock header can i use a 96 dx o2 censor?

I had to heat mine up with a blow torch. Not to cut it out, just to heat up the metal around the threads of the o2. It was a bitch, but it finally broke loose came off. Good luck.

I don't know about the 96 dx o2.

 

Go to somewhere like Walmart and pick up a Map gas torch. It's the yellow bottle instead of the blue propane tanks. The whole kit might be 35 bucks, and you will use it often in the future once having it. If it still won't come out, yes, the one from the 6th gen will work. Same connector, same sensor...
