you need a spring compressor, if u got some shocks to go with the new coilovers then u wouldn't need anything. If u had shocks/coilovers, u can put thenm together outside the car and then just take out your whole setup in car now without having to compress your sprint springs and put the new setup in. But if your gonna use whatever shocks u got in there now spring compressor is needed.

you will need basic tools, jack and jack stands, spring compressor (free to rent from autozone). Also get a good repair manual to help you with the process. There is a good diy in the diy forum about this. It is done with an accord, but the process is the same.

if its free from autozone, id say get the spring compressor. but its not really needed, the spring will shoot alittle bit, but unless your a moron and aim it at something, youll be fine. it only shoots a foot or two. ive done three sets and it was the same for all three. but if you manage to hurt yourself, dont come back to me. just my .02

sprint springs are usually pretty short. i doubt that u need a spring compressor. most aftermarket springs dont need a one. jack you car up. if the spring is loose when the wheel is extended all the way, u definitely dont need one, as the spring isnt under any compression

You won't need a compressor with sprints. If it was stock springs I'd recommend one, but not with sprint. I installed mine, then installed polyurethane bushings later. I didn't use a compressor when I installed the shock bushings.
