Default good news/bad news/question

ok, bad news is I need a new tranny.
even worse news is, mechanic says my engine isn't far behind.

good news is i planned on doing a swap like 6 months from now,
but because of the stuff that happened, it seems 2 months is more like it.

question is,
if i go with the JDM package for the b18c1
do i need to get an A/C bracket?

also, anything else i need to buy that dosen't come with the package?

You will have to go to your local honda dealer and order one for a DOHC b16a3 delsol its the only way to make you civic A.C. work with the gsr swap. Its like $120 but you have to have it to have your A.C. work.

You should do a complete tune up. (timing belt, water pump, distributor cap, rotor, wires, plugs, oil change, and a valve adjustment) If you skip out on any of these you might regret it in the long run.
One more thing you could do is to get the flywheel lightened and resurfaced while the engine it out but it's not necessary.
Good luck with the swap!
