Default D15b7 help!!!

I have a 94 dx sedan D15b7 automatic. I KNOW... should've gotten the 2 door... should've gotten the EX... most importantly, SHOULD'VE GOTTEN THE MANUAL. pisses me off. BUT, I'm stuck with what I have for a while, so does anyone have any ideas on how to make THIS ENGINE fast? (no swap, or auto -->manual conversion). Not so sure it'll handle n2o. Has anyone seen a quick car like mine? Any suggestions will help, I guess. Thanks, much appreciated.

Push it off a cliff, it'll pull a G! That's better than a Viper! J/K. Rebuild the top and bottom end and throw a turbo or N2O on it. Don't do anything on stock internals if you want it to last a couple months.

As far as I know, I don't think there is much you could do in terms of bolt on that would make your car fast. And if there is, it'll probably be too much money to invest in that motor.

I'm in the same boat as you are, (DX auto) and I haven't really done much to the motor. I've always wanted a swap but it seems that my car is getting too old to do any worthwhile mods anymore.... :happysad:

DX here also...manual. not much to do.

but a swap is in order for me. i can pay less for motor and be as fast as most new cars out there today. (in terms of FF cars)

my friend has an 89 CRX with the stock engine. Neither of us are quite sure what the guy that had it before him did to it, but it is pretty quick for the stock engine. The guy that owned it before him rebuilt the engine.... (i'm about 1/2 clear on what that means) but i know he "glass beaded" it, got different pistons, and the compression is turned up. Is that making sense to anyone? Could something like that be done to my car? (his car beat a fully built b18, and he missed 3rd.)

there's a difference in power to weight in a CRX to a Civic.

would AEM fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter help out at all? Or is that only going to help if you go turbo?
