best header style?
Most headers (plural) for Civic's don't really help much. Most dyno's show minimal gain. But on cars like AV6's, the comptech one actually gains about 17whp....

Honestly though, honda exhaust manifolds (at least hondas with any claim to performance or "sportiness") are very well designed from the factory... There really isn't much to improve upon, thats why you rarely see much gains from a header. Honed stock B-series headers typically put out more power than aftremarket ones. Its more just an "icing on the cake" sort of mod, IMO. Still cool tho.
