best header style?

Most headers (plural) for Civic's don't really help much. Most dyno's show minimal gain. But on cars like AV6's, the comptech one actually gains about 17whp....

i the dc 4-1 one piece ceramic for 292 shipped to my door

got it from www.importcarpartsplus.com, great service easy to deal with, will buy from again :thumbup:

matrix isn't better than stock :chuckles:...

Honestly though, honda exhaust manifolds (at least hondas with any claim to performance or "sportiness") are very well designed from the factory... There really isn't much to improve upon, thats why you rarely see much gains from a header. Honed stock B-series headers typically put out more power than aftremarket ones. Its more just an "icing on the cake" sort of mod, IMO. Still cool tho.

I used to have a cheapo 4-2-1. Failed emissions, so I got rid of it. It sounded great though, mid-top pulled a leetle harder. Couldn't complain for $125 though.

I think it was an Arospeed or some crap. Only had the O2 sensor on one runner.
