Default New engine Question

Whats up guys, I have a 92 civic dx with no engine in it what type of engine should i put in that would fit in it? Please give me all your suggestion.

Hey man there are alot of options for you.
Try to do a search as on this sight as well.

More popular options include:

D-series

D16Y8
D16Y7

etc...

JDM B-series

ZC
B16A
B16B
B18B
B20
B18C
B18C Type R

etc...

USDM B-series

B16A2
B18C1
B18C5 R

etc...

i would suggest same as oc_civic.........if you don't know wut kinda motor to put in your car and what will fit you don't need a swap........don't swap just to be cool and think everyone will like you........but i suggest a d16y8/z6r starters:thumbup:

It all depends on two things:

1) Your performance goals.
2) How much you want to spend.

Give us a rough idea and we can suggest a good engine for you.

it's not like he's swapping....it doesn't have any engine now.

well i have a sorry d16z6 and 140k on it.........so far i've had no problems, excpet clutch and flywheel, and i run my motor hard. i don't even leak oil like some peeps.........but if you want to jump into it man get a b18c............i already applied for a personal loan for 5k to get one

lol, nice. It all depends on what type of money you're wanting to spend and what you plan to do to the motor (ie turbo, etc). There are unlimited options for motor swaps in that car. We need more info to help you out.
