If you're swapping an si-r engine into our car, the cai needs to be for the si-r. Same for the header. I would say go through Adventon.com for the header and Coximport.com for the AEM CAI.

the CAI will not fit properly. you'll probably need the 92-95 intake but it will not fit up to the TB properly.

as for the header, you'll need the del sol DOHC VTEC header. that will probably not bolt on properly as you will need to either extend the piping or shorten it depending on how it sits now.

once you bolt on the header, go to your local exhaust shop and have them shorten/lengthen your exhaust (cat section) accordingly. I dunno about the cai tho.

like i said...the 92-95 CAI will work...it is where the intake meets the TB that will not bolt up. the AEM applications were made to fit US spec models...not JDM spec models where they had B16A civics. the 99-00 CAI will definately not fit correctly.

short rams will fit better in this case, unless you hacksaw the intake to make it fit.

well have them lengthen the test pipe then. For the header, it doesn't matter what year you get it for... any Bseries header will fit a B16. It might be easiest to order one for a 99-00 Si, but really it doesn't matter.
