Default Got into an accident, where to get oem honda body parts and bumpers, *pics

Me and my girlfriend were sitting in my honda parked on the side of the road in front of our house. The people next door were moving out and when they tried to pull up to the curb they side swiped the drivers side of my car. The front drivers fender is pushed in and scraped, the front bumper is ripped from its scre mounts, and the drivers turn signal has been ripped from its socket. We were parked with our seatbelts on in the car, and the keys were out of the ignition. The lady got out of the 19ft UHAUL truck and said it was her fault she shouldn't have been driving that late and she was tired. I'm gonna need a new bumper, 1 fender, 1 inner wheel cover, turn signal, left headlight, signal wiring harness, and then everything painted and blended.

SO where is the best place to get them online and order them cheap. I'll probally get a check cut for aroudn 1800-2200. I want some money out of it so.

Depending on where you are, I have those parts that I have no need for... (Corner light, front bumper).

Otherwise, I'd say hondaautomotiveparts.com

That sucks man. So how are you planning on getting it fixed? When I got rear ended they had to replace my passenger side rear fender and the bumper. They said they got mine from Honda

Try going to the for sale forum and look for the thread started by sonicrex. Deals with all OEM parts for Honda/Acura. Great seller, highly recommended.

Don't shortchange yourself, get several estimates for the body work first, also AMKE THEM COVER A RENTAL CAR! While your car is in the shop. Careful, if you're under 25 they will probably try and slime out of it, find out what age you have to be to rent cars in your state.

Body work can be really expensive, don't think you're going to save ANY money by buying parts and getting them repainted.

I have to replace my bumper cover, I can get one new painted/shipped for ~200 bucks on ebay. I found one locally for 50 bucks that needs to be sprayed... 400 dollars. friend of a friend said he'd do it.... 250 dollars.

Body work is expensive.

I'd reccomend putting the frame on a frame-machine, which will computer-check, and bend it to specifications.

TAKE YOUR TIME, you will be getting your money from the insurance company no matter what, they will try and rush you. Don't do anything until, you have all the details, and all the research as to what your car needs.

Take it to the dealership for one of the estimates, they are usually the highest, and best place to get a high quote from, so you can pocket the money.
